| We have completed four different projects at this home in Carlisle. We have modified an existing kitchen, added an additional bedroom, finished the basement and built a custom screened-in porch. |

In the kitchen we added nine cabinets to create a 6'x4' island. We installed glass cabinetry with down lighting, a recycling center, a 36" subzero refrigerator with full panel fronts and a second wall oven cabinet. We replaced existing countertops with granite and added tile backsplash. |
| By renovating the basement we added 1200 square feet of living space to the house. We converted the space into a spare bedroom, a kids' study with three custom maple work stations, a 14'x22' family room and an office having 16' of built-in storage cabinets. In the lower hallway shown at the right we installed a 16' custom maple wall unit with down lighting for displaying art. |  |

To complete the lower level we added a full bathroom with a custom round vanity, a tub/shower with ShowerLux door and a Runtel heating system. We tiled the floor and shower in red terra cotta. |
