| Our client in Lynnfield had a Cape Cod home with a 12'x21' one-car garage, small mud room and a dining room which measured approximately 11'x13'. The family was growing and they needed to expand their living space. While renovations were underway, we re-roofed, re-sided, replaced all windows and coordinated installation of central air conditioning for the entire house. |

We redesigned the existing space to create an open family room and dining area. We began by completely removing the old structure. When we rebuilt we added 24'x22' of space, blending it perfectly with the existing 40-year-old architecture. |

The family and dining areas are divided by a single step. However, a 16' cathedral ceiling flows openly between the two rooms. We removed walls between the formal living room and the new space for even more openness. We added a 12'x5' covered farmer's just off the family room. |

| We enlarged the kitchen and added a breakfast bar, glass wall cabinets, a pantry, a recycling center and a new refrigerator with matching panels. |  |
